1. Refund Request Within 48 Hours
A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchasing the subscription plan by sending an email from the registered email address to info@easyailoans.com.
Once the request is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated using the same payment method used during the original transaction. Depending on the banking network or payment gateway timelines, the refunded amount may take 7–8 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
2. Language Communication Limitation
If a customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they may request cancellation and apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the subscription plan.
3. Service Availability Limitation
In certain regions or locations, the company’s services may not be operational. If a customer from such a location has purchased a subscription plan, they may submit a refund request within 48 hours of the purchase.
